Chicken fingers and french fries
YIELD:

For fries
Ingredients
8 potatoes
salt
Oil for frying
1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
1. Cut the potatoes and put them in a bowl with water and one teaspoon of vinegar. Let them stay for 5 minutes and dry them with paper towel.
2. In a pan, put some olive oil and fry the potatoes until they become golden and crispy. Add some salt or some grated cheese.
For chicken fingers
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
Directions
1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine the egg, onion powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. In another bowl put the flour and in a third one put the bread crumbs.
Coat the chicken first with flour, then put it in the bowl with the egg and then at the bowl with the bread crumbs.
3. In a pan, put the oil and fry the chicken for 4- 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
4. Serve with fries and some tzatziki sauce.
