TOTAL TIME: 30-40 minutes

1 pound ground meat (beef, pork or turkey)
¼ of a cup long-grain rice
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tbsps olive oil
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons ground pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice

1. Start by making the meatballs. Mix the ground meat with 3 Tablespoons of rice and form the balls.
2. Pour into a large pan 4 cups of water and boil. Add the meatballs, rice, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Boil for 30-40 minutes. Add more water if needed. Add the lemon juice.
