Ingredients
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
3 bay leaves
1 bag green beans
4 potatoes cut in small pieces
3 carrots cut in small pieces
1/4 cup red wine

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil the green beans, the carrots and the potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain them.
2. In a pan put the olive oil and the spices. Add the tomato sauce, the wine, potatoes, the carrots, and the green beans. Stir and let it for 2 -3 minutes. Add some water (1/4 cup water) and cook for 4 more minutes.
