For the dough
1 tablespoon yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups flour

For the filling
6 potatoes
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
5 tablespoons parsley chopped
corn oil or canola oil for frying

Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Mix all the dough ingredients and knit them. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a blanket, and leave it for t10-15 minutes.
3. In another bowl mash the potatoes. Add all the other ingredients for the filling.
4. Divide the dough in small balls. Roll the pieces into disks about 3 1/2 to 4 inches in diameter.
5. Fill center of each disk with a heaping tablespoon of the cooled filling. Fold disks over the mixture.
6. Fry the piroski until they become golden brown, 2-3 minutes each side.
