Ingredients
- 1 cucumber peeled
- 2 cups plain Greek yoghurt
- 4 cloves garlic pressed
- 1/4 cup chopped dill fresh
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Peeled, finely dice and strain the cucumber of its juices.
- Combine the cucumber with all the other ingredients and mix everything. Add more salt to taste if needed.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
