Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber peeled
  •  2 cups plain Greek yoghurt 
  • 4 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill fresh
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2/4 cup olive oil 

Instructions

  1. Peeled, finely dice and strain the cucumber of its juices.
  2. Combine the cucumber with all the other ingredients and mix everything. Add more salt to taste if needed. 
  3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
