1 cup crumbled feta
4 slices of gouda
1 cup shredded asiago or kefalotyri
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
½ chilli pepper or hot pepper, thinly sliced
Dried oregano to taste
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a baking dish, put two or three teaspoons olive oil and layer the Feta, sliced peppers, and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the dish with a pinch of oregano and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Add the gouda cheese and the kefalotyri on top.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove dish, and serve with bread.
