YIELD: serves 5-6

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cheese (whatever we have in the fridge, feta, mozzarella, gouda, etc)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 380oF 
  2. Grease donut pans and set aside.
  3. Boil and drain the spinach. 
  4. In a large bowl, whisk with a spoon all the ingredients.
  5.  Spoon the batter into the greased donut pans.
  6. Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
