INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 jar of marinara sauce
1 cup red wine
2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
2 bags of medium shrimps
1 cup of feta crumbles
1 cup of water

RECIPE PREPARATION
1. Boil the shrimps for 15- 20′.
2. Heat oil in a medium skillet add the marinara and spices and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add wine, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often. Add the water and continue cooking until tomato mixture is reduced by one-third, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimps and the feta, and cook for 2 more minutes.
