YIELD:

ACTIVE TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 bag baby potatoes 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup orange juice 

 

Instructions 

1. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes. 

2. Preheat oven to 380oF.  

3. Halve potatoes and place on a baking dish. Season with the spices and drizzle the olive oil.

4. Add the orange juice and the wine and mix. 

5. Roast 30 minutes, until just tender.

Yoghurt Dip 

  1. In a bowl put 1 cup of yoghurt, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried dill and stir.
