Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Then, drain.
  2. In a small saucepan heat, butter and milk over low heat until butter is melted. 
  3. In a blender add the potatoes, milk, butter, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth and creamy. 
  4. Sprinkle with some nutmeg.
