Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder thyme
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 egg beaten
1 tablespoon salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
corn oil for frying

Directions
1. Combine everything together and mix well.
2. Take a large spoon of the mixture and roll into a ball until all the mixture has been rolled.
3. In a saute pan, put some corn oil and add the meatballs. Brown on all sides, leaving room in the pan to roll them around.
4. Pull from the pan and drain on paper towels.
