Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs in small pieces
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3 teaspoons oregano
3 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 (12-ounce) bottle beer

 

For the sauce
2 teaspoons mustard
3 teaspoons yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dill

Directions
1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and the chicken and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Add all the seasonings in the pot and stir for 3 more minutes.
2. Add the beer, and cook for about 15 minutes.
3. For the sauce mix all the ingredients together.
