INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups drained diced canned tomatoes
1/4 cup ouzo
2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
1 bag of medium shrimps
1 cup of feta crumbles
1 cup of water
1 box of pasta

RECIPE PREPARATION
1. Boil the shrimps for 20-30′.
2. Heat oil in a medium skillet add tomatoes and spices and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add ouzo, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often. Add the water and continue cooking until tomato mixture is reduced by one-third, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimps and the feta, and cook for 2 more minutes.
2. Cook the pasta and drain it.You can either put the pasta on a plate and add the shrimps or mix them and serve them.
