Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds wild boar tenderloin
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oilDirections
    1. Put everything, except the meat, in the slow cooker (crock-pot) and mix well. 
    2. Add the tenderloin and cook on low for 4 hours or until the meat is tender. 
    3. Serve with rice or potatoes.
