Ingredients

  • 4 turkey legs 
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp mustards
  • juice from one lemon

 

Instructions 

1. Sprinkle each turkey leg with the spices.

2. Place the turkey legs into a slow cooker and add the wine or chicken broth. 

3. Set the cooker to Low, and cook until the meat is very tender, 7 to 8 hours or high for 4.

3. Carefully remove the turkey from slow cooker and transfer to a baking sheet. Bursh with the mustard. 

4. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle the lemon juice. Bake at 390F for 10 minutes.
