Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups grated zucchini

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 370°F.
  2. Grease and flour a pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil, and eggs until creamy. Add in vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa and milk.
  5. After everything is well combined, stir in the zucchini.
  6. Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
  7. Check the cake with a toothpick.
