Makes 20-25 pieces

ACTIVE TIME: 20 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 1 hour

Ingredients for the cupcakes

2 cups self-rising flour

2 sticks butter room temperature

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions for the cupcakes 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2.  Grease a cupcake pan.
  3.  Whisk all the ingredients or use the mixer until everything is combined.
  4. Pour batter in the pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Let them cool. 

Chocolate Frosting:

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar 
  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until everything is combined. 
  2. Cover the cupcakes with the chocolate frosting. 

For the decoration

Nilla Wafers, edible eyes, Pretzels, M&Ms
