Ingredients

2 pounds flour
4 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups of water

 

Directions
1. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients until you have a dough. We cover the big bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 12 hours.

2. We put some flour on the table and we put the dough in order to make it like a ball. We mix it for 2-3 minutes. Preheat the oven to 380. We put the dough in a dutch oven and bake it for an hour.
