It is a special bread we eat on Clean Monday.

Ingredients
2 pounds flour
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cups of warm water
1/2 cup sesame

 

Directions
1. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients until you have a dough. We cover the big bowl and put it aside for one hour, covered by a blanket till it will become double.
2. We put some flour on the table and we put the dough in order to make it thin with the rolling pin ( 1 cm- like the dough of a pizza ). We put parchment paper in a pan and then the dough. We leave it for a couple of minutes to rest.
3. We sprinkle the dough with water and sesame.
4. Preheat the oven to 380. We bake it for 20′ -25′.
