Ingredients
2 1/4 cups warm milk
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
80 gram butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sesame

 

Directions
1. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients until you have a dough. Let it rest for ten minutes.
2. Divide the dough in 7- 8 pieces. Form smooth balls and put them in a pan with some parchment paper.
3. Sprinkle the balls with water and sesame.
4. Preheat the oven to 380. We bake it for 30-40 minutes.
