Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups of water

Directions
1. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients until you have a dough. Cover the big bowl and put it aside for 1,5 hours.

2. Preheat the oven to 380.

3. Put some flour on the table and we put the dough in order to make it like a ball. Mix it for 2-3 minute. Form two balls and put the two loaves in a baking pan. Bake them for an hour.
