1 box Puff Pastry Sheets
12 slices ham
12 slices gouda
1 yolk whisked
1. Preheat the oven to 380F.
2. Cut each pastry sheet into six and roll each square slightly thinner.
3. Add one tablespoon tomato sauce in each pocket.
4. Add one slice ham and one gouda.
5. Fold over the top half of the dough and pinch the edges and crimp them with a fork to seal the dough together.
6. Brush with the egg.
7. Place pockets on a baking sheet with some parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
