Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/3 cup butter
2 Tbsp milk
2 eggs
powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 380oF.
- In a large bowl mix with an electric mixer all the ingredients except the bananas.
- Add the bananas and stir with a spatula.
- Line one 12-cup standard muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Divide the batter evenly in the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar. (optional)
