Ingredients:

  • 2 large carrots, chopped into small coins
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup greek yogurt 
  • Handful of ice

Directions:

1. Blend carrots and milk until very smooth.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

3. Enjoy!
