Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- In the mixer, mix all the ingredients until you have a non-sticky dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate it for 50 minutes.
- Preheat oven to380oF.
- Form the cookies and place them in a baking dish with some parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden in the edges.
