YIELD:

ACTIVE TIME: 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME:1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 cup ground almonds 
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 

 

Directions:

  1. In the mixer, mix all the ingredients until you have a non-sticky dough. 
  2. Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate it for 50 minutes.
  3.  Preheat oven to380oF.
  4.  Form the cookies and place them in a baking dish with some parchment paper. 
  5.  Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden in the edges.
