INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box pasta 
  • 1 packet bacon cut in small squares 
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt 
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • sour cream

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Place a deep, non-stick pan over medium heat and let it get hot.
  3. Add the butter and wait until melted. 
  4. Add the bacon and sauté until golden.
  5. Add the wine and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add the heavy cream and the spices and stir. Cook for 3-4 more minutes or until the sauce comes together and thickens.
  7. Add the pasta and stir until everything is combined. 
  8. Serve with some sour cream.
