INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag frozen okra
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil the okra for 20-25 minutes until softened.
  2. Drain them.
  3. In a pot, heat the olive oil.
  4. Add the okra and the spices and stir.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
