INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 1 pound beans

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak the beans for 8-12 hours.
  2. In a pot, boil the beans for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain the beans.
  4. In another pot, heat the olive oil.
  5. Add the beans and the spices and stir.
  6. Add 3-4 cups of water and cook for 30 more minutes until the beans become soft.
