1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup feta cheese crumbled
2 cups grated cheese (gouda, kefalotiri, mozzarella, etc)
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
1 cup yoghurt
1 sheet puff pastry
1. Preheat the oven to 400oF.
4. In a bowl put onion powder, garlic powder, feta cheese, cheese, pepper, salt, egg, thyme, yoghurt and oregano. Stir everything.
5. Unfold one sheet of puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Spread the cheese mixture on the pastry sheet up to the scored borderline. Brush the border with the egg wash, if desired. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the pastry is lightly browned and filling has puffed up. Transfer to a cutting board and serve hot.
